Frequently Asked Questions

Here at XTRONS, there are some questions that arise time and time again. While this is the nature of the beast, we thought it might be good to try and tell our customers what we do, and how we do it. We hope to reassure all our customers about how we do business, and assure you that you can trust us to fulfil all your in-car entertainment wishes.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

For security reasons, we only accept payment through PayPal. This keeps your payment details secure, offers quick transfer of funds and gives you the best experience with one-click payments. PayPal is the best way to keep your money safe.

We accept whichever currency is relevant to the XTRONS website you order from; be that Hong Kong, US, UK, Germany or Australia.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

You can choose the shipping service when you check out the order. We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control. The table on this page outlines the usual timescales for delivery of your in-car entertainment. During busy periods it is possible that your order may take longer, but you will be notified in advance if this is the case.

Where Do You Deliver?

XTRONS can deliver to most territories in the world. Items are generally dispatched from our Hong Kong or UK warehouses. You can find a full list of costs here. Delivery lead times of your order will vary according to destination, but we aim to dispatch orders the same day, where possible. All our our orders will be shipped by a professional international courier service.

Can I Order Over the Phone?

Unfortunately we do not accept orders over the phone - we feel that we can give the best service, support and aftercare through the online service. It will also ensure that your product arrives quickly, and that you experience the least friction when shopping with us.

Will There Be Any Customs Charges?

While we do our best to keep costs down, sometimes unavoidably there will be charges to pay at customs. These are enforced by local legislation and unfortunately there is little we can do at XTRONS to get around that. The recipient of the goods is responsible for all customs formalities at importation, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering goods to be delivered there.

We want you to feel comfortable at all times ordering from us. These are just a few of the most common questions our customer service representatives receive. We are always happy to field queries and alleviate any concerns - please simply use our contact page to get in touch, and a member of our team will get back to you. We offer excellent projects at an excellent price point, and aim to offer outstanding customer service alongside.
