These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

 

General These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

 

Description of Goods The products we sell are of a technical nature and all images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods, and the information contained in the material on this site is for information purposes only. The material on this site does not constitute advice and you should not rely on any material on this site to make (or refrain from making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any action. For item compatibility, our advice is always to check directly with the car manufacturer or professional installer, before going ahead and placing your order.

 

Accuracy of Product Information All product specifications, images and other information published on our website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. Measurements are given for guidance purposes only. Depending on the wiring the measurements may vary. Always fully measure the item with all cables attached before installation begins. We cannot be held liable if the item does not fit. Due to the varied nature of vehicle manufacturer’s car production and model year breaks we cannot guarantee compatibility with your vehicle.

 

Payment and Price No contract for the sale of any product will subsist until we despatch the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been despatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by us of your offer to buy goods from us.

 

Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

 

Payment Methods We currently accept payments made through PayPal or Western Union. On the order, you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your payment has been properly received.

 

Privacy When assessing your order and managing the credit card transaction, automated decision-making systems may be used. By accepting these terms, you agree that when making credit decisions we may make identity searches at credit reference agencies, including electoral register information. These searches will be recorded by the credit reference agencies who may disclose that information, and the fact that a credit search was made, to other companies for the purposes of assessing the risk of giving credit, to prevent fraud and to trace debtors.

 

Availability of Goods All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

 

Delivery Products will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated online but delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we have any issues with despatch, we will notify you of this position immediately. For delays of more than 7 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

 

Please note that all orders will have to be checked on delivery. If there are any visible signs of damage this must be advised to us immediately via email or phone and/or on your delivery note from the courier. An item will only be considered lost once investigated and accepted by the courier company as missing. This in some cases can take up to 14 days to investigate. Any lost item will be replaced or refunded in full. If a parcel is returned undelivered due to a wrong/incomplete address being provided or because the item has not been collected from your local depot or sorting office, you will be held responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel to us and/or sending the parcel out again. In this case such charges may be deducted from any refund or charged to you directly before goods are released.

Risk As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods over GBP 50.00 value will, in most cases, not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and take photographic evidence of the item and packaging. It will be your responsibility to inform us within 14 days from delivery.

 

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and with photographic evidence taken. It will be your responsibility to notify us within 14 days from delivery.

Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 14 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 14 days from the expected delivery date.

Product Guarantees Products supplied are covered for a period of 2 years. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse*. In addition, routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio heads etc.), consumables (tapes, CD's, cables, batteries, accessories, etc.) and cosmetic damage are not covered. Pixel faults are not covered under the warranty and are as such excluded from any claim. Firmware updates not directly advised or carried out by us, will automatically void any warranty. Refurbished goods are sold with a 30 day return to base warranty for repair/replacement and are not refundable. *Misuse also constitutes if the product has not been fitted by a suitably qualified professional.

 

Cancellation of Orders If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods rejected at point of delivery will be refunded less original carriage charge. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will either be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account or credited less a 10% charge. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked.

 

Our returns policy is as follows:

30 day return policy: If you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 30 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. Products must be returned in the condition they were received in. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or apply a 10% charge, if they show evidence of installation or user abuse, or are not in a resalable condition when returned. You are liable for the return postage costs.

 

XTRONS warranty: Beyond this 30 day period, you are covered under our 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us via email to receive technical support in the first instance. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired/replaced. If we replace an item for you, we may replace the item for a newer or different model and it will be of at least the same condition or better, as the one returned. You are liable for the return postage cost. Items returned to us as faulty but found to be faultless after inspection, are subject to a standard GBP 20.00 inspection charge and the applicable return postage cost.

 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURNS NUMBER

Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense. If a return collection has been arranged by us and the item is found not to be faulty the full cost if carriage will be charged to the customer prior to the item or any funds being released. We cannot be held liable for any loss of installation costs, time, income, or any damage caused.
